PLEASE NOTE: USPS is still, and probably forever now, experiencing extended delivery times and we do not guarantee that they will deliver within 2-3 days. Unless this is a "seed emergency" we do not recommend you pay for this upgrade due to the unreliability of the U.S. Postal Service.
We do not provide a refund for this upgraded shipping fee as long as USPS delivers your package.
